The WOLF. PRO professional abrasive filaments for industrial use, or PRO improved filaments for short, feature more roughness and hardness as a result of the addition of special abrasive materials that help improve the abrasive performance. These sharp filaments show easy deburring and cleaning performance than the standard material, thus meeting the needs of faster, more labor-saving and durable industrial grinding. They are particularly suitable for removing heavy, thick, difficult-to-grind surfaces, and for scenarios that require only little pressure and low roll speed. The larger grit size represents a significant boost of the abrasion performance, which can improve grinding efficiency and the polishing quality of workpieces’ surface. The WOLF.PRO has been sold in large quantities since the first half of 2020, and the grinding brushes made with PRO professional filaments enjoy excellent performance.
Rougher and sharper, the WOLF.PRO professional abrasive filaments can lessen the pressure and depth of a brush during its use so that it produces the best grinding results while ensuring a durable life. As the PRO improved filaments generate more friction heat, their use should be supplemented by cooling or cooling measures. It’s better to try them first to understand their advantages and different abrasion results before they can be used in large quantities.
The following types of the material are supplied:
Z1.SC: It is improved based on SC black silicon carbide grit imported, and its performance is very close to that of its international counterparts. If necessary, a stronger product known as Z2.SC, a type increased to Class 2 improved sharper filaments, can be customized.
Z2.SIC: Improved with SIC black silicon carbide grit made in China, it is suitable for applications where pieces of great thickness are to be polished with less pressure and low rotational speed, along with cooling easures taken. It excels at outstanding grinding performance.
Compared with the Z2.SIC, the Z1.SC is less likely to be broken, shows medium grinding performance, and is suitable for being made into large brush rolls and wheel brushes. However, the Z2.SIC and Z2.SC are sharper even outperforms the Z1.SC. Suitable situation for low-speed grinding tasks where coolant is used, it can be well made into disc brushes, cup-shaped brushes, etc.
The GA abrasive grit is an improved variety of AO brown alumina grit and WA white ceramic corundum, which, after being made into brushes, can abrasion and remove surface much faster and better polishing. In addition to excellent performance, it also enjoys good durability.

The PRO professional abrasive filaments are suitable for the productions of high-performance brushes with enhanced polishing and removing capabilities.
Similar to the WOLF.OAF standard filaments, the PRO filaments are more suitable for applications with difficult-to-grind materials, great thickness to be removed and high added value.
With N612 resin as the base material, the performance of abrasive grit in sizes #46-#240 shows an obvious performance improvement, and it’s suitable for use in working conditions with cooling measures.
Please follow such a sequence as: trial in a small quantity - one batch for use - regularly stable consumption in large quantities, to understand the performance advantages and different abrasion results of the PRO material and avoid losses.
